This extended weighing and weight-reducing feeder is built on the economical model, adding screw feeding modules on both sides and a secondary mixing module at the bottom. It solves accuracy errors caused by special material densities and particle states. With servo motor control and precision-cast screw barrels, it achieves higher ratio accuracy for complex materials (types 7 and 8), supports a wider range of formulas, and provides better raw material mixing through the secondary mixing device.

Introduction

The integrated weighing and weight-reducing feeding machine - extended type, is an enhanced version based on the economical model, featuring additional screw feeding modules on both sides and a secondary mixing module at the bottom. It is designed to address the issue of accuracy errors in the batching of materials with special densities and specific particle states. Through servo motor control and precision casting of the screw barrels for transportation, it achieves higher precision ratios for the seventh and eighth types of materials, providing a wider range of formula combinations. Additionally, an extra secondary mixing device is added to achieve a better raw material mixing effect.
