Introduction

Weight and weight loss integrated feeding machine - economical type, specially designed for the extrusion field, based on Industry 4.0 technology, fully managing the control of extrusion raw materials, extrusion process, and assisting the technical department in effectively managing the extrusion formula. Adopting professional high-speed valve design, reverse spiral stirring technology, and continuous weight loss control technology, precisely proportioning raw materials and mixing them, effectively avoiding color differences and reducing manual labor. The unique continuous weight loss control technology can quickly and accurately control the output, and in combination with thickness/meter weight control, effectively saves 2% of raw materials. 
The series of weight and weight loss integrated feeding machines can be freely combined with 2 to 6 types of raw materials, with a production capacity of up to 800KG/H.
