Multi-Component Continuous Loss-in-weight Feeder provides stable and high-precision raw material ratio and extrusion thickness/meter weight control solutions. The accurate control of extrusion traction ensures the uniformity of the thickness/meter weight of the extruded product; the high-precision proportioning (0.05%) ensures the accurate proportioning of the material types and uniform mixing.

Equipped with an independent load cells at the bottom of each raw material unit,which measures and provides real-time feedback on the weight of the raw materials in the loss-in-weight hopper. By controlling the rotational speed of the metering screw within the corresponding components, precise conveying of the target proportion can be achieved. The control of the traction device is achieved by feeding back the actual traction speed through the meter wheel and adjusting the traction frequency converter using the meter weight function to control the traction speed. This ensures that the thickness/meter weight of the extruded product meets the specifications required by the customer.
