By controlling the rotational speed of the metering screw within the corresponding components, precise conveying of the target proportion can be achieved. The control of the traction device is achieved by feeding back the actual traction speed through the meter wheel and adjusting the traction frequency converter using the meter weight function to control the traction speed. This ensures that the thickness/meter weight of the extruded product meets the specifications required by the customer.
