Doser-E is Economical version from D-Doser, controls the speed of the extruder by installing sensors at the bottom of the loss-in-weight barrel, continuously measuring the weight of the bucket, and combining a high-precision Line speed control system.

Introduction

The multi-component continuous weight-loss feeding machine (D-DOSER) series provides stable and high-precision raw material ratio and extrusion thickness/meter weight control solutions. The accurate control of extrusion traction ensures uniform and consistent thickness/meter weight of extruded products; the high-precision ratio (±0.3%) ensures accurate material ratio and uniform mixing.
The multi-component continuous weight-loss feeding machine has an independent weighing sensor for each raw material unit, which measures and provides real-time feedback on the weight of the raw materials in the weight-loss barrel. By controlling the rotational speed of the metering screw in the corresponding component, precise delivery of the target ratio is achieved. The control of the traction device is achieved by feedback from the metering wheel on the actual traction speed, and the traction frequency converter is adjusted using the meter weight function to achieve traction speed control. This ensures that the thickness/meter weight of the extruded products is the specification required by the customer.
